Augie Studio: Activating User Engagement with Targeted Surveys
To further our understanding of Augie’s user base, we launched a segmented survey campaign, shaping questions to each user group based on their engagement level and usage history. Each survey gathered insights into users’ motivations, preferred features, and any barriers to maximizing Augie’s value.
This feedback helped us pinpoint what matters most to different segments—from onboarding content for new users to advanced features for frequent creators. These insights directly informed our content and feature roadmap, allowing us to create a more user-centered experience for Augie and growing our community.

VideoMyListing: Strategic Engagement and Awareness Campaign
At VideoMyListing, I led a campaign aimed at increasing user engagement and product utilization by encouraging customers to create and share their video listings on sites such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and more. Through a strategic mix of cross promoting, email user journeys, live workshops, interactive tutorials, and social media outreach, we empowered customers to use VML for showcasing their properties.
By spotlighting success stories and highlighting platform features across social media, we broadened product visibility and grew our community by 300%. This initiative led to a clear increase in active listings and thousands of signups, strengthening both user engagement and brand presence for VML and Augie.
